Tia Magoulas, a native Houstonian, relocated to Texas from New York City in 2008. In New York, Tia worked as a Marketing Manager for one of the largest beauty companies in the world on Vera Wang fragrances. She gained great experience working in such a fast paced industry and enjoyed the dynamic, high-pressure environment. The real estate market in New York always intrigued Tia. Over the 4 years she lived there, she assisted in the sale and renovation of multiple NYC apartments and brownstones that made her wish she owned her own. Upon moving to Houston, buying a house was the first thing on her list. Tia purchased a bungalow in the Historic Heights that she has renovated on her own. The home buying process made Tia want to become an agent. Tia gets great joy out helping people find their perfect home. She is very persistent, an excellent negotiator and will stop at nothing to get her clients what they want.
