- Yellowtail Jalapeno -Thin sliced yellowtail rolled with chives inside, jalapeno on top, in a ponzu sauce.
- Spicy Tuna Tartare – Diced tuna mixed with avocado and tobiko, spicy wasabi-miso sauce, with a side of potato chips.
- Tuna Dumpling - Spicy tuna, shrimp, avocado and crunch, wrapped in paper-thin tuna.
- Sashimi Appetizer – 8 pieces of assorted fishes, chef’s choice.
- Art of Maki – King crab, avocado, kaiware, crunch, wrapped with tuna in chef’s special sauce.
- Naruto – Tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, tobiko, wrapped in cucumber or pickled Daikon radish.
- Beef Tataki – Thin sliced seared CAB filet mignon with jicama and mixed green in a spicy ponzu.
- Ocean Nest – Julienned fresh tuna, salmon, cucumber and mango in a sweet spicy sauce.
- Tuna Poke – Diced Hawaiian Ahi tuna with sweet onion, tomato, cucumber and seaweed in a spicy sesame soy sauce.
